Head (m/f/d) Medical Device Reprocessing / AEMP

For our location in Eschweiler we are looking for a manager for the reprocessing unit of medical devices with immediate effect.

INSTRUCLEAN is a subsidiary of the HERMED Group, which is Germany's largest independent specialist service provider for the reprocessing of medical devices. Your tasks:

• Management of a reprocessing unit for medical devices (AEMP) with personnel responsibility for approx. 30 employees
• Ensuring the quality-assured reprocessing of medical devices in accordance with KRINKO/BfArM recommendations
• Control and optimization of team and work processes
• Providing technical advice to employees and internal and external customers
• Active participation in the implementation of the training content for medical device reprocessing specialists (FMA)

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed specialist training course III or management course for the management of a CSSD/AEMP in accordance with DGSV guidelines
• At least two years of professional experience in an AEMP
• Basic knowledge of working with IT systems
• Technical understanding (of systems, equipment and processes)
• Structured, careful, reliable and responsible way of working
• Willingness to undergo continuous training and further education
