You will translate business strategy into clear architectural direction and actionable roadmaps, ensuring transformation initiatives are aligned, structured, and deliver sustainable value.

This role is critical to connecting strategy, business capabilities, and technology execution across the enterprise.

What You Will Drive

• Enterprise-wide architecture strategy and multi-year roadmaps across business and technology domains

• Definition and governance of business capabilities, value streams, and operating models

• Alignment between business priorities and architectural decisions

• Structured current-state assessments and target-state architecture design

• Architectural input into strategic initiatives, investments, and vendor decisions

• Cross-functional alignment across business, product, and technology teams

• Evolution of architecture governance, standards, and maturity

• Translation of business strategy into capability-based transformation plans

• Clear articulation of architecture risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to leadership

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise, Business, or Solution Architecture

• Strong expertise in business capability modelling, value streams, and operating models

• Solid understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK, ArchiMate)

• Strong knowledge of modern architecture practices (cloud, APIs, data platforms, microservices)

• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments

• Structured, analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and business impact
