To strengthen our team at the Tivoli Medical Care Center in Merseburg, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the Orthopaedics / Trauma Surgery department

full-time or preferably also part-time

• You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities to ensure a smooth daily practice routine
• You will support us in the preparation of examinations, treatments and surgical procedures
• If you are interested and after appropriate training, you will also have the option of assisting during outpatient procedures
• Administrative tasks such as the documentation of treatment procedures and patient data also fall within your area of responsibility
• In addition, you will support us in recording and billing services and ensuring quality and hygiene management in our MVZ

You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training

Ideally, you have already gained (initial) professional experience in the outpatient sector

You have experience in working with medical practice software and have digital skills

You have good interpersonal skills and are confident in dealing with patients and their relatives

You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working, as well as a quick grasp and the ability to work in a team

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
