For our pediatric emergency department at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik Wiesbaden, we are looking for you full-time or part-time at the earliest possible date as a

Medical assistant / MFA ( m/ f/ d)

• Reception, care and initial admission of our children and adolescents, often in exceptional situations
• Accompanying parents and children during stressful measures with communicative sensitivity
• Administrative admission and preparation for documentation in the hospital system (SAP, Epias)
• Coordination of laboratory requirements, transportation and inpatient admissions and support with patient management
• Assistance as well as preparation and follow-up for examinations, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic measures in the outpatient clinic

State recognition as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

Ideally experience in the field of pediatrics, emergency room, pediatric practice or in the acute care sector

Willingness to work in shifts

Confident knowledge of PC applications (MS Office package)

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
