Main tasks:

Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop:

·       Design and develop Mulesoft solutions to meet business requirements.

·       Ensure scalability and performance of Mulesoft architecture.

Project Management:

·       Complete tasks on Mulesoft projects from inception to deployment under direction of Mulesoft Architect.

Integration:

·       Integrate Mulesoft with enterprise applications including Salesforce, Workday, and SAP.

·       Utilize APIs and middleware for seamless integration with third-party systems.

Development and Implementation:

·       Customize and develop Mulesoft APIs and connectors.

·       Implement best practices for Mulesoft development and configuration.

Testing and QA:

·       Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

·       Resolve issues identified during various phases of testing.

Collaboration:

·       Work closely with Mulesoft Architects, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements.

·       Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Documentation and Training:

·       Create comprehensive technical documentation.

·       Provide training and support to end-users.

Maintenance:

·       Manage post-implementation support, including L1 and L2 support.

·       Handle minor enhancements and bug fixes as required.

Secondary tasks:

·       As may be deemed necessary

Other tasks:

·       Any additional responsibility as deemed necessary.

Business Contacts:

·       Internal: All departments at Department Data and Analytics of Global IT and Digital Technology, all global business units in Fresenius Kabi,

·       External: Consultants participating in projects and support of various IT areas.

Qualification and work experience:

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Mulesoft development.

·       Proven experience with Salesforce, Workday, MS Azure and SAP integrations is highly desirable.

·       Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.

Requirements / Knowledge to fulfil the position:

Technical Skills:

·       Strong proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, Mulesoft API Manager, and DataWeave.

·       Knowledge of web technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.

·       Experience with data integration tools like Matillion and Azure Data Factory.

·       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Gearset).

Certifications:

·       Mulesoft Certified Developer.

·       Additional certifications in Salesforce, Workday, Azure, or SAP is a plus.

Soft Skills:

·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Strong communication abilities.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
