Objective:

The aim of the position is to sustainably increase customer satisfaction by continuously developing and optimizing the processes and tasks managed in the after-sales area. The focus is on increasing efficiency and the profitability of the unit. At the same time, great importance is attached to promoting employee satisfaction in order to create a motivating and performance-enhancing working environment.

Your tasks:

• You will lead the Customer Administration team.
• You will ensure the optimization and documentation of processes, including invoice dispatch, customer offers and contract management, invoice corrections and returns processing.
• You will work with other departments on overarching technical issues.
• You will monitor and implement the quality management system.
• You define process standards and reduce process costs.
• You monitor KPIs and create and adapt SOPs.
• You will carry out audits in the area of Risk Management & Internal Controls and coordinate support tender management.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration and have several years of experience in a comparable role.
• You have experience in employee management.
• You are a team player and a strong communicator.
• You have project management skills.
• You are customer-oriented, think independently and act in a structured manner.
• You take initiative with a hands-on mentality.
• You have analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
• You are confident in using Office 365 and have a high IT affinity, especially for SAP SD.
