We are looking for you at Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig for the three-year training course to become an anesthesia technical assistant (ATA) (m/f/d) starting on 01.09.2026.

• In addition to extensive medical knowledge, as an ATA trainee you will gain numerous technical skills relating to the OR and anesthesia and be prepared for your career as an anesthesia technical assistant
• During your three-year training, you will learn how to care for patients before, during and after surgical procedures
• You will learn how to prepare an anaesthetic, assist the medical staff and gain insights into work processes and anaesthetic coordination, organization and documentation
• You will discover a broad spectrum of specialist areas and will be able to complete practical assignments in various clinics and departments
• You will be an important part of the anesthesia team and will be accompanied during your training by regular practical instructions and well prepared for your final examination

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate or high school diploma and at least two years of vocational training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, reliability and the ability to work in a team
• Your strengths include resilience, flexibility and communication skills
• You are willing to work in shifts
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The theoretical training takes place at the Christian Academy for Healthcare and Nursing Professions in Halle (Saale)

At the end of your training, you will take an oral, written and practical final examination, for which we will prepare you well over the three years
