HVAC technician (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in the Southern Thuringia-Mainfranken cluster, we are looking for a full-time skilled worker for heating / ventilation / sanitary / air conditioning or optionally with master craftsman / technician training for operating technology in Hünfeld (m/f/d) with immediate effect and on a permanent basis.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of the clinic's building services systems
  Organization, instruction and monitoring of external companies and services
• Cooperation with the hospital departments in terms of balanced service provision
• Compliance with legal and contractual provisions in the area of responsibility
• Optimization of plant technology
• Participation in the on-call service

Optional (with master craftsman or technician training)

• Assumption of additional responsibility for technical team management
  and organization at the site
• Independent project management within the scope of construction/technical projects
  

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of heating / ventilation / sanitation / air conditioning or comparable (m/f/d)
  Optional: Training as a master craftsman/technician
• Experience with building automation systems is an advantage
• Experience in maintenance and servicing organization of electrical systems is an advantage
• Interest in the development and realization of projects in the area of responsibility
• Handling of revision and installation plans, skills in CAFM an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• High level of teamwork and communication skills as well as experience in employee management
• Class B driving license
• Sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, commitment, ability to work under pressure are among your strengths
