We are looking for exactly you for our Institute of Pathology and Cytology at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden as

Head of Institute (m/f/d)

You will have organizational and medical responsibility for the Institute of Pathology and Cytology in close cooperation with the hospital's specialist departments

You will take on management tasks in the clinic - both in personnel management and in process organization

You will manage the training and further education of residents and specialists

You will be responsible for the innovative and forward-looking development of the Institute of Pathology and Cytology

You have many years of clinical experience as a pathologist (m/f/d) with very good knowledge of histological and cytological diagnostics and experience in performing autopsies including expert opinions

You have very good knowledge and skills in frozen section processing

Ideally, you have advanced training in molecular pathology and an academic teaching license (not a prerequisite)

You have a particular interest in helping to shape medical center structures and interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical departments

Ideally, you have proven qualifications in medical management and leadership experience

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
