We are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Medical Assistant (MFA)/ Nursing Assistant/ Medical Assistant in the position - Interprofessional Ward Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Internal Medicine at Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig.

As a ward assistant (ISA), you will play a key role in the daily organization of the ward and contribute significantly to an efficient, patient-oriented process with your commitment, while supporting the team in many ways.

• Coordination and cooperation: You will ensure the exchange of information between the medical service, nursing, functional departments, patients and relatives.
• Support during ward rounds: You accompany ward rounds, prepare them and coordinate examinations.
• Documentation: You maintain patient data and assist with medical documentation.
• Delegable medical activities: You take on tasks such as flexülenanlage, blood sampling and dressing changes.
• Organizational responsibility: You will plan and coordinate patient admissions, distributions, discharges and transfers.
• Coding on the ward: You will be responsible for coding treatment cases on the internal medicine ward to ensure a smooth process between discharge and case closure.

You are a trained medical assistant or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d)

Your strengths include quick comprehension, flexibility in dealing with changing tasks and organizational talent

You have a high level of professional and social competence as well as independence

You are characterized by a forward-looking, structured, precise and team-oriented way of working

You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and their relatives.
