To strengthen our team at the DKD Helios Clinic Wiesbaden, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a full-time

Nursing specialist with additional qualification as wound manager (m/f/d)

• Independent and professional care and nursing of patients including the preparation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Professional wound care for inpatients according to the guidelines of modern wound care
• Electronic documentation in the HIS system (iMedOne) and participation in quality assurance measures
• Conducting staff trainingCommunicating closely with nursing staff, doctors, patients and their relatives
• Close exchange with nursing staff, doctors, patients and their relatives
• Ensuring patient care after discharge by participating in discharge management

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Existing certified further training as a wound manager (m/f/d) or willingness to acquire further training
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Experience in dealing with chronic wounds desirable
• Good IT knowledge (HIS systems, common Microsoft programs)
• Willingness for further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
