At Helios St. Anna we are looking for a full-time or part-time receptionist (m/f/d).

• Service-oriented reception of patients and visitors and providing information
• Transferring internal and external telephone calls
• Receiving and forwarding messages and information
• Invoice verification
• Monitoring and operating the security and alarm systems
• General commercial and organizational activities, such as the administrative recording of patient data

• Friendly demeanor and high service orientation
• Good knowledge of German
• Enjoy dealing with patients and visitors
• Willingness to work shifts (early, late, night and weekend shifts)
• Ability to work in a team and reliability
• Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
• Patience and resilience to keep calm even in stressful situations
• PC skills
• Completed vocational training in the service sector and professional experience in the hospital and clinic environment would be an advantage
