We are looking for exactly you as a specialist with additional training in palliative medicine (m/f/d) for the medical core team of our SAPV at the Erfurt location, as soon as possible.

• Medical tasks of specialized outpatient palliative care (SAPV) in a new team
• Initial admission of palliative patients mainly in their homes
• Medical advice, treatment and care for these people with incurable diseases and symptom burden
• Advice for patients, their relatives as well as co-treating and co-caregivers
• A documentation system specially designed for palliative care
• Varied work in a committed team with a high degree of professional exchange

• Licence to practise medicine and recognition as a specialist
• Additional training in palliative medicine, preferably with experience in inpatient and/or outpatient care
• Experience in leadership / team leadership, enjoyment of organization and ability to work independently
• Driver's license
• Willingness to participate in the medical on-call service
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Part-time position with at least 20 hours per week
• Remuneration in line with the collective bargaining agreement and 30 days of vacation with a 5-day week, according to TV doctors Helios
