We are looking for you as a specialist with additional qualification in palliative medicine (m/f/d) for the Specialized Outpatient Palliative Care (SAPV) at Helios Kliniken Schwerin as soon as possible.

• Care of patients with life-limiting illnesses, complex symptoms and high treatment requirements at home, in long-term care and in hospices in Schwerin and the surrounding area
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the Helios clinics in Schwerin, in particular with the palliative care ward and the palliative medical consultation service (Schwerin Center for Palliative Medicine)
• Professional regional palliative care network
• Regular team meetings, supervision and internal training courses
• A responsible and individual job in an open-minded and motivated multi-professional team

• Qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) with additional qualification in palliative medicine

• Open and confident manner, team orientation, enthusiasm and empathy
• enjoy networking with other care providers in the context of outpatient palliative care
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to actively shaping training, further education and quality assurance
• Driving license class B
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
