Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) for the Central Reception area as soon as possible, temporary according to § 14 para. 1 TzBfG.

• Patient and visitor information
• Switching telephone calls within and outside the clinic
• Organization of the reception area
• Various administrative tasks
• You are the first point of contact for visitors (m/f/d) and patients (m/f/d)

• Relevant professional experience in a field of activity with intensive visitor contact
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• A pronounced and high service orientation
• Organizational skills and the ability to react quickly, as well as an
• independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team, resilience and reliability
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
