Ziel der Position ist die nachhaltige Erhöhung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der betreuten Prozesse und Aufgaben im After-Sales-Bereich. Dabei stehen die Effizienzsteigerung sowie die Profitabilität der Einheit im Fokus. Gleichzeitig wird großer Wert auf die Förderung der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit gelegt, um ein motivierendes und leistungsförderndes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie leiten Teams im Bereich Customer Operations und unterstützen durch Priorisierung und Mitarbeit die Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
- Sie stellen die Optimierung und Dokumentation der Prozesse sicher, einschließlich Rechnungsversand, Kundenangebote und Vertragswesen, Rechnungskorrekturen und Retourenbearbeitung.
- Sie arbeiten mit anderen Abteilungen an übergeordneten fachlichen Themen sowie Projekten zusammen.
- Sie definieren Prozess-Standards
- Sie überwachen KPIs und leiten hieraus geeignete Maßnahmen zur Optimierung ab.
- Sie führen Prüfungen im Bereich Risk Management & Internal Controls durch und koordinieren das Support-Ausschreibungsmanagement.
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion.
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung.
- Sie sind sehr strukturiert, organisiert, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark.
- Sie bringen ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit und haben hierin nachgewiesene Erfahrungen in der Projektsteuerung mit internationalen Teams.
- Sie sind kundenorientiert, denken eigenverantwortlich und treffen Entscheidungen selbstständig
- Sie ergreifen Eigeninitiative mit einer hohen Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Sie haben sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Office 365 und haben eine hohe IT Affinität, insbesondere SAP SD
