Employee Medical Controlling MD Proceedings (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for you as an employee in medical controlling in the field of MD procedures (m/f/d) as part of a part-time or full-time employment for the South Region.

Optionally with offices in Pforzheim, Müllheim, Rottweil, Überlingen, Tittisee-Neustadt, Dachau or Munich.

• Independent examination and evaluation of MD reports with regard to their medical and formal plausibility
• Drafting well-founded objections to incomprehensible decisions under benefit law
• Independent implementation of discussion procedures as well as negotiations with cost bearers
• Processing and support of social court disputes with cost bearers
• Communication and coordination with doctors and the coding department to optimize documentation and billing quality
• Mirroring of the expert report findings to the specialist departments for continuous improvement
• Analysis of the results and regular reporting to the division management and the clinic management

• Completed medical training or studies with several years of professional experience in a clinical environment
• Very good knowledge of the G-DRG system as well as the applicable coding and billing rules
• Strong medical expertise and the ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner
• Fluent in negotiation and convincing communication skills – especially in exchange with payers
• High level of personal responsibility, goal orientation and an efficient, structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate across locations
• Knowledge of SAP-i.s.h and imedOne desirable
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
