To strengthen our team in the Medical Care Center in Jena, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a

MFA / medical assistant - general medicine (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will also be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone
• You will accompany the consultation hours and support us in the preparation of general medical examinations and treatments such as ECG / 24-hour ECG, (long-term) blood pressure measurement, pulmonary function test, etc.
• General laboratory activities such as taking blood samples are also part of your day-to-day work
• In addition, administrative activities such as the documentation of treatment procedures, service recording and billing or patient status changes are part of your range of tasks

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Professional experience in a medical practice or outpatient environment desirable, but not essential
• You have digital skills and ideally experience in dealing with IT-supported processes
• You enjoy real teamwork and a careful and patient-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
