For our Helios Abrechnungs-Service GmbH, we are looking for committed employees for inpatient patient billing according to KHEntgG (DRG) nationwide as well as at our locations in Dortmund and Berlin as soon as possible.

• Independent safeguarding of cost coverage and patient invoicing according to KHEntgG (DRG)
• Correspondence and processing of inquiries from patients and health insurance companies
• Monitoring and processing of the electronic data carrier exchange in accordance with §301 SGB V
• Execution of case corrections
• Use and maintenance of IT systems (Microsoft® Office, SAP IS-H, Orbis, Medico, Datev, I Med One)

• Completed training as a healthcare clerk, bachelor's degree in health economics or comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in inpatient service billing
• Sound knowledge of the legal basis and billing regulations (KHEntgG, §301 SGB V)
• Analytical and goal-oriented thinking as well as a structured way of working
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Confident handling of common IT systems
• An open, confident appearance, team orientation and integrity
• Enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
