We are looking for a part-time receptionist (m/f/d) for the Helios Klinikum München West site as soon as possible.

What you can expect

Information and information for visitors and patients
Handling telephone calls inside and outside the clinic
Reception of patients and guests
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
General administrative activities e.g. issuing keys
Locking service

What you bring with you

You are characterized by a friendly, service-oriented manner, have a high degree of reliability, motivation and flexibility
You have a structured way of working, are a talented organizer and have a high level of organizational skills
You have a strong focus on service, quality and customer service and are characterized by team spirit and assertiveness
You are confident in using software applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
