To strengthen our team at Helios MVZ Nordhausen, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

in the field of neurosurgery

on a mini-job basis (8 h / week)

• You will support us in appointment management, in processing patient concerns (e-mail / telephone) and in organizing a smooth practice process
• Your tasks will also include documenting patient data and assisting with the billing of services
• Administrative tasks such as electronic data management, processing mail (digital, paper) and maintaining and managing patient files are also part of your duties
• If desired, you can also participate in the preparation of examinations and treatments

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or have equivalent training - re-entrants are also welcome!

You would like to support our team as part of a mini-job and work together to get the best out of our patients

Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector - but you are also welcome to apply as a career starter

You have a high level of empathy towards our patients and are confident in dealing with relatives

You enjoy working in a team where you can rely on each other

You have a structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as reliability and open-mindedness
