We are looking for a full-time patient admission employee (m/f/d) to work in our patient admission department at Helios Albert-Schweitzer-Klinik Northeim GmbH as soon as possible.

• Admission of outpatients and inpatients
• Processing of contractual formalities
• Informing patients about services offered by the hospital
• Providing information to patients and visitors
• Answering and transferring internal and external telephone calls
• Processing mail

• Completed medical training, e.g. as an MFA / nurse (m/f/d)
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Commitment to the health and recovery of our patients
• Good knowledge in dealing with EDP programs
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
