Holistic planning, inventory and delivery responsibility for several product groups to manage requirements and SCM processes
Ensuring delivery capability and on-time delivery to the German market and domestic and foreign subsidiaries using SAP
Independent implementation of the operational purchasing and ordering process with external suppliers (CMOs) and invoice verification
Supporting European and non-European customers with responsibility for stocks and availability in the local warehouses of the Group companies in cooperation with Logistics and Transport Consolidation
Independent analysis to clarify WE-RE differences and forecast analysis to ensure the delivery capability of globally distributed customers
Creation of allocation plans in bottleneck situations with the contract manufacturers and Regional Supply Chain Management
Setting up new supply chains (and SCAs) for the product groups for which you are responsible and customs checks
Completed vocational training (industrial clerk or comparable), ideally additional specialist qualification (industrial clerk or similar)
At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of production planning and control, procurement, SCM
Sound experience in project management
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Very good knowledge of the specialist SAP systems (PP, MM, SD) as well as APO and BW
Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills as well as excellent numerical skills
High level of commitment and flexibility
Very good team/cooperation skills and highly developed customer orientation
