For our Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen, we are looking for a Nurse Elective Service Ward (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

The position can be filled both full-time and part-time.

• Patient-oriented general and special care according to holistic aspects of various specialist areas
• Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of patients during diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Digital documentation of all planned and implemented measures as well as their individual impact
• Communication with patients, relatives and staff before and after surgical procedures
• Participation in the design of nursing and organizational processes
• Participation in ensuring the provision of services

• Completed vocational training as a registered health and (paediatric) nurse, geriatric nurse or nurse (m/f/d)
• You are an experienced nurse or young professional
• Ideally, you have practical experience in hospitals, a strong sense of quality and responsibility, and a sound understanding of nursing
• The willingness to work shifts and weekends as well as interdisciplinary cooperation in a team is a matter of course for you
• Confident handling of computer-aided documentation is desirable, but not a prerequisite
• You convince with commitment, flexibility, resilience, a sense of responsibility as well as independent, structured and conscientious work
