Employee (m/f/d) in Medical Controlling

part-time or full-time, who actively shapes our hospital with expertise, analytical view and team spirit.

• Coding and testing of inpatient cases according to ICD-10-GM and OPS
• Ensuring correct and economical DRG billing
• Close cooperation with doctors and nurses to optimize documentation
• Processing of MD audits and preparation of well-founded statements
• Analysis and preparation of performance and revenue data
• Collaboration on projects to improve processes and secure revenues

• Training in the health care sector, in the commercial sector or comparable qualification
• Ideally, further training in medical controlling or as a coding specialist
• Very good knowledge of the DRG system, ICD and OPS
• Analytical thinking, accuracy and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
