At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you full-time or part-time for the Vascular Surgery/Neurology department at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden as a

Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

• You will work in an interdisciplinary manner in our multi-professional team and receive individual training You will provide your patients with holistic, independent and professional care You will ensure the care of the treating patients according to their individual care needs and based on the highest quality standards (e.g. expert standard and care concept of the ward) You will carry out timely and complete documentation using the digital patient file and participate in internal ward projects You will support the instruction of trainees and newcomers to the profession, as well as the training of employees

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) Ideally professional experience in the field of vascular surgery/neurology or the motivation to familiarize yourself with this field of work Passion for the profession and a strong ability to work in a team Independent and structured way of working, empathy and high communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Highest level of technical and digital equipment in a new building (electronic patient file, state-of-the-art examination techniques and therapy procedures) Structured induction, focus on treatment care and patient advice Support staff (ward secretaries, module providers, KPH) Remuneration according to TVÖD (VKA) with transfer of development stages, supplementary pension fund, deferred compensation, VL benefits The Helios PlusCard: A supplementary insurance financed by Helios with, among other things treatment by a doctor of your choice if you are hospitalized in one of our acute clinics
