For our Purchasing and Logistics division based at the Helios headquarters in Berlin-Mitte, we are looking for a

Back Office Employee (m/f/d)

• You will work closely with strategic purchasing and product management and help shape processes
• You are responsible for the coordination and maintenance of product master data in cooperation with central data management
• You act as the central interface to suppliers for product range and master data
• You will carry out analyses using SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and create regular evaluations for various areas
• In addition to day-to-day business, you will be involved in interesting projects and contribute to the further development of the division

• You have completed commercial training or higher and have several years of professional experience, preferably in the area of purchasing or internal sales

• You are an independent and reliable organizational talent and a team player with strong communication and assertiveness skills
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• You are confident in using MS Office - especially Excel, knowledge of SAP MM and/or SAP BI is desirable
• You are willing to travel occasionally
• You have proof of immunization against measles
