Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)

full-time or/and part-time.

• Basic and treatment care of geriatric patients
• Care planning and documentation
• Support for rehabilitative measures
• Specialized observation of geriatric syndromes
• Work with relatives and social support
• Ensuring patient safety

• Completed training as a registered geriatric nurse
• Knowledge of geriatric care and rehabilitation processes
• Experience in dealing with multimorbidity and dementia
• Sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
