To strengthen our GP practice team in the medical care center in Schwanebeck, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant - general medicine (m/f/d)

full-time or preferably also part-time

• You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will accompany the consultation hours and take over the preparation of general medical examinations and treatments
• You will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities to ensure a smooth daily practice routine
• Your support is also required for functional diagnostics (e.g. ECG, blood pressure measurement, lung function tests, etc.) and general laboratory activities
• In addition, administrative activities such as the documentation of treatment procedures, service recording and billing as well as patient status changes are part of your range of tasks
• You will also be involved in ensuring quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) professional experience in medical care
• You have digital skills and knowledge in the use of medical practice software - alternatively, you are already able to acquire these quickly
• You have good interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to patients
• You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working, as well as a quick grasp and the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
