We are looking for you for our Clinic for Dermatology and Allergology at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden as Senior Physician (m/f/d)

• Ensuring operational processes, medical quality and interdisciplinary communication in cooperation with other professional groups, support with certifications (Skin Tumor Center, ISO 901:2015)
• Personnel management and effective personnel scheduling, participation in the qualified practical guidance of assistant physicians in further education, medical students in their practical year and clinical trainees, as well as in the theoretical training, further education and training of non-medical employees in patient care
• Representation of the clinic in various commissions, e.g. as hygiene/quality/MPG representative (m/f/d)
• Responsibility for the establishment and further development of new diagnostic and therapeutic services in the network of clinic centres, referring physicians and other cooperation partners
• Documentation and coding of diagnoses, ordered and self-administered therapeutic measures and treatment results
• Patient education and obtaining consent to treatment as well as further communication with patients and, if applicable, relatives about the course of treatment

• Completed specialist training in the field of dermatology
• Additional qualification in drug tumor therapy, possibly allergology
• A dissertation or habilitation is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Willingness to undergo further education and training
• Leadership and social skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
