We are looking for an employee as a career changer MVZ arGon Große Bleichen (m/f/d) for our location Große Bleichen with a focus on orthopedic, surgery and sports traumatology as soon as possible.

• First point of contact for appointments, sick notes and prescription requests
• Telephone and personal correspondence
• General office and organizational tasks, support of practice processes
• Support in billing with health insurance companies, checking the insurance classes
• Data entry, maintenance of master data

• Ideally experience in patient contact, no medical training required
• Enjoyment of dealing with people and ability to work in a team
• Resilience, discretion and reliability
• Basic knowledge of computers; Fast learning process for practice software
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
