As a Category Analytics Business Partner, you serve as a strategic analytical advisor to Category Managers, Procurement Leadership, and cross-functional partners. Your work enables data-driven decision-making, transparency, and performance excellence across global Indirect Procurement categories. In this role, you combine advanced analytics with category strategy to translate insights into measurable business impact. Working location: Barcelona or Wroclaw (hybrid).
Design and build high-quality dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI, including data models, DAX measures, automated data flows, and interactive visualizations
Conduct advanced analyses such as spend analytics, opportunity assessments, scenario modelling, and forecasting to support category strategies
Act as a trusted analytics advisor for Category Managers and Procurement leadership, providing strategic, data-driven recommendations
Enable alignment across Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain through clear communication and structured insight-sharing
Translate complex analytical findings into concise narratives that support senior-level decision-making
Prepare management reports including monthly performance reviews, steering committee materials, and category strategy updates
Develop strategic decision documents and reporting templates to standardize insights across global Procurement
Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives within analytics and reporting
Support Procurement digitalization programs and help build analytics capabilities across the organization
Maintain and enhance category-specific and procurement-wide KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to strengthen performance transparency
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, procurement analytics, or performance management in a global or complex environment
Deep understanding of P2P/S2C processes, spend analytics, category methodologies, and market intelligence
Advanced Power BI and Excel skills (data modelling, DAX, Power Query), familiarity with Power Automate; SAP experience is a plus
Strong communication and data‑storytelling abilities with experience preparing senior‑level presentations
Excellent stakeholder‑management skills and the ability to operate in cross‑functional, international settings
Structured, analytical, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support change initiatives
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
