Technical Assistant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Seibersdorf, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Technical Assistant (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

Supporting the site manager:

• Coordination and organization of plant processes
• Coordination and monitoring of external service providers and subcontractors
• Scheduling for the maintenance of technical equipment and project implementation
• Management and maintenance of technical documentation, plans and maintenance documents
• Processing inquiries and preparing quotations
• Interface between head office departments and external partners
• Handling official inspections at the customer's request or providing assistance in all official matters
• Independent handling of the tasks described and of projects within the framework of the specified work instructions and defined value limits in coordination with the site management
• Planning and monitoring the maintenance and servicing of technical systems and infrastructure

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, master craftsman training, technical college, HTL, etc.) with a focus on electrical engineering or equivalent
• First relevant work experience in a technical environment
• Very good knowledge of German, advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
• Very good MS Office skills and very high technical affinity
• Reliable, team-oriented and loyal personality
• Independent working style, flexibility and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Driving license B, as there are no public transport connections to the company premises
• Willingness for on-call duty or standby duty 24/7
