We are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

Ward Manager (m/f/d) for our acute psychiatric ward at the Center for Mental Health.

In our adult psychiatric ward, we support patients in mental crises with a high level of professional competence and humanity.

As a ward manager, you will play a central role in the organization, team management and further development of a modern acute ward.

• You will organize and manage the day-to-day running of a psychiatric acute ward for adults - with a particular focus on structure, safety and dealing with acute crises.
• You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the nursing team on the acute ward, including staff deployment planning, absence management as well as staff development and motivation.
• You will ensure evidence-based psychiatric care, adapted to the requirements of acute care, and ensure seamless documentation and coding.
• You will actively shape interprofessional collaboration and ensure a structured flow of information within the team and with other professional groups.
• You implement company-wide quality and management standards and promote a constructive, learning-oriented error culture in everyday ward life.
• You will analyze nursing quality indicators and derive measures for the continuous improvement and further development of the work area.

• You have completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional and have successfully completed further training as a ward manager - or you are willing to acquire this qualification in the foreseeable future. Alternatively, you have a relevant degree.
• Ideally, you have specialist training in psychiatry or several years of professional experience in psychiatric care.
• You are characterized by assertiveness, teamwork and conflict management skills as well as a high level of personal aptitude for a management role.
• You know how to motivate and inspire colleagues and employees to work in nursing.
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
