Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for the secretariat of the Outpatient Clinic for Work and School Accidents, part-time, permanent, as soon as possible.

• Contact person for the employers' liability insurance association and for patients of the BG outpatient clinic
• Scheduling of the BG consultation hours as well as preparation and follow-up
• Recording of transit physician reports and issuance of prescriptions, applications, etc.
• Patient file management
• Admission of occupational accident emergency patients to the Central Emergency Room
• Vacation and absence replacement of the secretariats

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• IT skills and knowledge of the medical procedure of the employers' liability insurance association are desirable
• Friendly appearance, strong communication skills and organizational skills
• Flexibility, reliability and an independent and accurate way of working
• Readiness, creativity and open-mindedness as well as a high degree of motivation and self-confidence
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
