As soon as possible, we are looking for you to support the tumor documentation in the area of quality management as

Medical Documentation Assistants (m/f/d)

full-time, part-time or mini-job.

• Recording of data on cancer in the Celsius37 tumor documentation system in compliance with the med. Encryption regulations and data transmission to the clinical cancer registry
• Checking for plausibility, validity and completeness of the data as well as maintenance of the existing databases
• Data collection of different registers
• Communication and close cooperation with the doctors (m/f/d), the practice and nursing staff in the associated centres/clinics
• Training on tumor documentation

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the medical field
• Initial experience in the field of medical documentation, ideally in tumor documentation (Celsius 37) desirable
• Very good knowledge of medical terms as well as basic knowledge of Excel
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team, coordination and organizational talent and commitment
• Open-mindedness to new developments and findings in our areas of work
