Employee / Career Changer (m/f/d) Medical Device Reprocessing

To strengthen our team in Salzburg, we are looking for employees/career changers (m/f/d) to work in our reprocessing unit for medical devices.

INSTRUCLEAN Austria is a subsidiary of Fresenius Health Services Austria and offers comprehensive services for the reprocessing of reusable medical devices. This includes, among other things, surgical instruments that are cleaned, disinfected, checked, assembled into sets, sterilized and delivered for the next operation after use. Your tasks:

• Professional reprocessing of medical devices in a modern sterile goods supply company certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485 and taking into account the KRINKO/BfArM recommendation
• You prepare the goods to be sterilized in the clean area (inspection, packaging, care, possible post-cleaning)
• In the area of sterilization, you prepare the sterilization trolleys and you register the goods in an IT documentation system
• In the sterile goods warehouse, you issue the sterile goods to the respective cost centers after batch approval has been completed
• You create the output documents in the IT system

What you bring to the table:

• Technical sterilization assistant (FK I), also technical sterilization assistant with extended tasks (FK II) / lateral entry possible
• Basic knowledge of IT systems
• Technical understanding (for plants, devices and processes)
• Structured, careful, reliable and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team and motivation
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation and weekend work (please inform us of restrictions if necessary)
