Training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for you for a two-year apprenticeship as a nursing assistant / nursing assistant (m/f/d) starting on 01.08.2026.

• You will support nursing staff in the care and support of patients
• You will learn to monitor vital signs (including taking pulse, temperature and blood pressure)
• You will assist the nursing staff in carrying out medical orders and provide support with documentation and organization
• You will assist with the admission, transfer and discharge of patients
• You accompany patients to examinations and treatments
• You will work closely with other professional groups across departments

• You have a completed school leaving certificate (e.g. secondary school leaving certificate)
• The motivation to develop together with us in 2 years of training and to work with us as part of a team
• You have empathy, reliability and a sense of responsibility
• You are a team player with good communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

How does the apprenticeship work?

The apprenticeship lasts two years and is divided into theory and practice

You will complete your practical training in the care areas of our clinic and at our partner companies in inpatient and outpatient long-term care.

The theoretical training takes place at the Heimerer Schule in Döbeln.

You will receive a training allowance from us and you will not have to pay school fees.
