Nursing assistant (m/f/d)

• Interdisciplinary cooperation in an interdisciplinary team consisting of nurses, doctors, therapists and other specialist areas, weekly case discussions

• Close cooperation with the geriatric day clinic, emergency room, trauma surgery and social services
• Support in ensuring patient care, taking into account their needs to ensure individual and needs-oriented care
• Digital documentation using SAP and the specially developed Geri-Doc
• Support in the organization and coordination of patient care, cooperation with case management

• Completed training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in geriatrics is an advantage
• Willingness for further education and training
• Professional and empathetic interaction with our patients

  Legally required proof of immunization against measles
