We are looking for you as a physiotherapist (m/f/d) at Helios Klinikum Pirna for a three-year apprenticeship starting on 01.09. of each year!

• In-depth theoretical knowledge (approx. 2,900 teaching hours): Intensive instruction in anatomy, physiology, applied physics, training & movement theory, physiotherapy, massage therapy, electrotherapy, thermotherapy, etc.
• Social and psychological basics for patient contact: Content from psychology, education & sociology strengthens your ability to communicate professionally and work together across disciplines
• Practical therapy implementation and diagnostic techniques: You will acquire diagnostic analysis, examination techniques and apply movement and massage therapy in practice - supplemented by hydrotherapy, balneotherapy, electrotherapy and thermotherapy as well as dew and inhalation techniques
• Comprehensive practical phases (approx. 1,600 hours) - inpatient & outpatient: The practical placements take place, for example, in surgery, internal medicine, orthopaedics, neurology, pediatrics, psychiatry and gynaecology - partly on the ward, partly on an outpatient basis. Expert practice supervisors accompany you throughout the entire time
• Independent therapy planning and rehabilitation-oriented work: After analyzing the individual's state of health, you will create patient-oriented therapy plans and use methods to restore or improve movement functions. You are an indispensable part of rehabilitation - whether in acute clinics, rehabilitation clinics or outpatient practices (incl. support for athletes)
• State final examination with a wide range of career prospects: The examination comprises written papers, practical examinations and oral examinations. The state-recognized title opens up fields of activity in clinics, rehabilitation clinics, practices, health or sports facilities

• School requirements: Secondary school certificate or advanced technical college certificate or Abitur - or equivalent qualification with at least two years of successful vocational training

• Language skills: German at B2 level

• Social strength: enjoy working with people & enjoy teamwork
• Intercultural openness: Appreciation of cultural diversity
• Communication & observation: Balanced, approachable communication paired with good observation skills
• Commitment & enjoyment of movement: Responsibility & solution-oriented work, enjoyment of movement, health suitability as well as proof of vaccination (measles) & extended certificate of good conduct
