Tips for completing the online application

The information provided below will help you with any questions you may have about completing your online application. If you still have questions or are experiencing technical issues, you will find help and possibilities to contact us here. Additionally, we compiled answers to frequently asked questions for you.

Please note:

  • You can use the navigation bar at the top of the application form to move through the individual pages of the form as you desire.
  • All mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*) and these must be completed in order to submit the application.
  • Any mandatory fields that are left incomplete are marked with a red exclamation mark (!) in the navigation bar.
  • After a page of the form has been completed, please click on "Save & Continue" in the lower-right corner to go to the next page. Your application will then be automatically saved (but not submitted) and checked to confirm that all fields have been filled in correctly.
  • Multiple entries are possible for certain fields (e.g. Studies, Internship, etc.). A corresponding button can be found under the input fields.
Streamlined application

We have intentionally kept the online application form brief so that the application process is as easy as possible for you. However, the attachments section allows you to upload larger files in order to provide us with further information about your references and your personal experience, qualifications and significant achievements.

1. Personal information

Please enter your personal information and the contact details that we can use to reach you throughout the application process.

If you are applying for a training position, please provide additional information about your education, as well as your foreign language and IT skills.

Hold down the CTRL key to select multiple entries.

To select all entries, hold down the shift key and highlight the first and last entry.

2. Attachments

To complete your application, please attach your cover letter and résumé. You can also upload all documents relevant to your application, such as references or certificates.

File formats
Please ensure that your application documents are in one of the following file formats: pdf, doc, xls, ppt, pps, rtf, txt, odt, ods, odp, jpg, gif, png or bmp. Each file should be no larger than 20 MB.
 
Submit your application
You can now preview your completed application. From this view, you can either submit your application or use the navigation bar to return to the form to make changes.

After your application has been successfully submitted, you will receipt a confirmation of receipt by email.

Unsolicited applications

1. Personal information

Please enter your personal information and the contact details that we can use to reach you throughout the application process.

In order to ensure that the positions suggested to you align with your preferences, please specify your desired area of employment and experience level in the fields below. 

Hold down the CTRL key to select multiple entries.

To select all entries, hold down the shift key and highlight the first and last entry.

2. Training

Please provide a brief overview of your qualifications (university education, vocational training, internships completed, etc.). Your résumé should provide a comprehensive overview of your background.

Degree

Under the "Degree program" field, please indicate the subject you majored in. If your degree was not divided into semesters, please provide a comparable number in terms of semesters. If you have not yet completed your degree, please select "To date" and give your predicted final grade.

Training

If you have completed any vocational training, please indicate the area in which this was completed.

3. Professional experience

In the third section, please indicate all your professional experience in years and provide some key information about your most recent job. Vocational training, internships or other similar programs are not considered professional experience.

4. Additional knowledge

Please provide information on your foreign language and IT skills here. You can add as many languages as necessary with the "Add another language" button.

5. Attachments

To complete your application, please attach your cover letter and résumé. You can also upload all documents relevant to your application, such as references or certificates.
