For our Institute for Medical Laboratory Diagnostics at the Wuppertal site, we are looking for you as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Administrative and organizational activities in coagulation consultations
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of blood sampling
• Billing of laboratory medical services in the outpatient sector
• Shipment of laboratory samples to partner laboratories
• Maintenance of patient data as well as billing and mail-in systems
• Communication and support of outpatient senders (e.g. doctors' practices)
• Contact person for organizational and billing-related queries

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of laboratory medicine or coagulation diagnostics is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Confident handling of administrative and organizational tasks
• Knowledge of outpatient billing (EBM) desirable
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
