For our competent and motivated team in the central OR of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik Wiesbaden, we are looking for a full-time and part-time (2-shift system)

Medical assistant (m/f/d)

• You will ensure the sterility and functionality of the surgical equipment and instruments and provide all necessary materials You will actively support the surgical team by supplying materials and instruments in compliance with strict hygiene and sterility guidelines You will accompany the patients before and after the procedure and monitor the vital signs in the recovery room Your tasks will include computer-aided documentation and administration of patient files as well as handover to post-treatment departments. You will ensure the availability of sterile materials and carry out reorders in consultation with the OR management.

• Completed training as an MFA, ideally with experience or further training in the OR area You are familiar with the operation of medical equipment and instruments in the OR and the careful application of hygiene guidelines and sterile techniques You work confidently in stressful situations and are prepared for shift and on-call duties You have empathy in dealing with patients and an organized, precise way of working Willingness to undergo further training and continuous knowledge development
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Shift system from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., ideal for balancing work and family life. Individual working time accounts, electronic time recording
