At the Philipp Klee Institute, which is based in the State Women's Clinic, the position

Study Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Literature research on specific issues
• Filling in CRFs & eCRFs
• Creation of databases and data entry
• Participation in tumor conferences and screening of suitable subjects with regard to inclusion and exclusion criteria
• Conducting qualitative interviews
• Quantitative and qualitative evaluations
• Preparation of project reports and preparation of presentations
• Correspondence with national and international cooperation partners

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Qualification as a study nurse / study assistant (m/f/d) or willingness to acquire it
• Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for conducting clinical trials desirable
• Excellent English skills desirable
• Relevant knowledge in the field of clinical research desirable
• Knowledge of the methods of literature research desirable
• Good basic knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel and Access desirable
• Experience with documentation systems and databases desirable
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems desirable
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
