For the Helios Health Institute in Leipzig, we are looking for you as a Study Assistant / Study Coordinator or Medical Documentation Assistant as soon as possible - limited from 01.01.2026 to 31.05.2026.

• You will prepare, coordinate and accompany clinical trials.
• You will actively participate in the screening of patients and supervise study participants throughout the entire process.
• They carry out study visits and document them carefully.
• You will organize and coordinate the study processes in accordance with GCP – including ward round planning, diagnostics and logistics.
• They record and document study-specific patient data precisely and completely.
• They prepare blood and urine samples for the laboratory and take care of the preparation and follow-up of monitor visits.

• You have completed training as a medical documentation assistant, MTA/MTA-F, nurse, medical assistant, medical assistant or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in conducting clinical trials as well as medical knowledge in the field of cardiac medicine are an advantage.
• You work independently, in a structured and independent manner, are patient-oriented, sociable and appear collegial.
• You will be proficient in the safe handling of the PC and common standard software.
• You have a good command of English and are characterized by very good organizational skills.
• They can present the legally required proof of immunization against measles.
