To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in the state capital Wiesbaden, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the Pneumology department

part-time

• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk is part of your area of responsibility
• Through your cooperation, you will ensure the organization of a smooth practice process
• You will look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• You will assist with diagnostics and therapy and, after appropriate training, take over e.g. blood sampling, pulmonary function tests, infusions, ECGs, vaccinations etc.
• You will assist with the recording of services and SHI and private health insurance billing and have the relevant specialist knowledge in the field of pneumology

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have already gained experience in the outpatient sector
• Ideally, you have billing knowledge in the SHI and private health insurance sector, preferably pneumology
• You enjoy working in a team where you can rely on each other, are open to new ideas and have a cooperative attitude
• You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
