For our pneumology team at Helios Klinikum Hildesheim, we are looking for you as a respiratory therapist (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• Carrying out diagnostic and therapeutic measures for people with lung and respiratory diseases in accordance with the job description "Respiratory Therapist" (m/f/d) of the German Society for Pneumology

• Interprofessional collaboration with doctors, nurses and other therapists under the supervision and responsibility of a specialist doctor
• Informing, advising and training our patients
• Selection and training of inhalation devices, oxygen and ventilators, mask adjustments
• Carrying out inhalation and oxygen therapy, non-invasive and invasive ventilation including weaning, airway and secretion management with the necessary monitoring
• Organizational activities (scheduling, documentation, organizing examinations, preparing prescriptions)
• Planning and organization of home care with respiratory therapy aids

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)

• First professional experience is desirable but not a must!
• Completed further training as a respiratory therapist (m/f/d) or you are still in further training
• Good IT skills and technical understanding
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, commitment and flexibility
• Enjoy teamwork and joint professional development
• Empathetic interaction with patients and relatives
