To support our nursing team in the geriatric department at Helios Klinikum Leisnig, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

Healthcare and nursing professional / nurse / nursing specialist / geriatric nurse / caregiver (m/f/d)

• You will provide holistic care and support for our acute geriatric patients - with professional competence, empathy and an eye for the essentials.

• You will plan, manage and ensure all nursing measures - individually, purposefully and in close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team.
• You support diagnostic and therapeutic measures and provide reliable assistance during medical examinations and procedures.
• You will implement our nursing guidelines as well as hygiene and quality standards consistently and responsibly in your day-to-day work.
• You will recognize the personal needs and resources of our patients and provide care in an individual and respectful manner.
• You will carry out precise patient observation and document your nursing measures and observations digitally and professionally.

• You have completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional, geriatric nurse or have a comparable nursing qualification.

• You work responsibly, carefully and with a high demand on the quality of your care - always with the focus on people.
• You are characterized by your empathic and committed nature - you are actively involved and treat patients and colleagues with openness and respect.
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and resilience are naturally part of your professional self-image.
• You have the legally required proof of measles immunity in accordance with the Infection Protection Act.

The Helios Clinic Leisnig with 160 beds in the departments of anesthesia, intensive care, pain therapy & palliative care, surgery with the departments of visceral surgery, orthopedics and trauma surgery as well as vascular surgery, internal medicine & sleep medicine center with the department of acute geriatrics and early rehabilitation and a radiology institute and a central emergency outpatient clinic treats around 5,300 inpatients and 35,000 outpatients annually.

In addition, a medical care center with orthopaedic, gynaecological and radiological practices has been set up.

The Helios Clinic Leisnig is the emergency doctor location of the rescue association of the former districts of Döbeln, Leipziger Land and the Muldental district and is easily accessible between the Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz metropolitan areas on the A14 highway.
