To strengthen our team at the Helios site in Freital, we are looking for a nurse (m/f/d) for the angio-, cardiology and geriatrics ward as soon as possible.

• Versatile care with responsibility: Interdisciplinary care of our patients in the fields of angiology, cardiology and geriatrics.
• Together as a team: Active participation in multi-professional geriatric team meetings for holistic patient care.
• Structured work: Professional preparation and follow-up of diagnostic measures in everyday ward life.
• Together for the success of the treatment: Close, collegial cooperation with all professional groups involved in the therapy.

• Qualification with prospects: State-recognised professional licence as a nursing specialist, nurse, nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent training.
• Experience that counts: Professional experience or sound knowledge in the field of the normal ward is desirable.
• Expertise in geriatrics: Ideally, with completed or started further training in the field of geriatrics.
• Competence with heart and mind: High level of professional and social competence as well as the willingness to work together across departments, in a team-oriented manner.
• Further thinking desired: Great interest in further education and training for personal and professional development.
• Convincing strengths: Quick comprehension, manual dexterity, a sense of responsibility, flexibility, independent work as well as mental and physical resilience.
