In the Clinic for Kidney and Hypertension Diseases at the Helios University Hospital Wuppertal, a full-time position as Senior Physician Nephrology (m/f/d) is to be filled as soon as possible.

• Senior medical care of patients in the Clinic for Kidney and Hypertension Diseases
• Commitment to the health and recovery of our patients
• Supervision and training of doctors in further education and medical students
• Interdisciplinary work and multi-professional exchange at eye level

• Completed specialist training in internal medicine and focus on nephrology
• Experience in a management function
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills (at least C2)
• Enthusiasm, empathy and service orientation
• High sense of responsibility and creativity
• Enthusiasm for the training and further education of doctors in training
• Interest in student teaching and university medicine
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The clinic for kidney and hypertension diseases, which is certified by the German Society of Nephrology (DGfN) and is currently expanding across locations, covers the entire spectrum of nephrology. In the inpatient area, more than 1,000 patients with all forms of kidney and hypertension diseases are treated here every year. Approximately 8,000 kidney replacement procedures are performed per year on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
